FAQs

WHAT SERVICES SHOULD I GET DONE IF I WANT TO SELL MY VEHICLE?
When re-selling your vehicle on the open market the main goal is to always increase sale value. Along with a full interior detail which is commonly done, you should also consider reconditioning the engine and exterior.

A complete degreasing and detailing of the engine bay are always recommended among our staff when clients are re-selling a vehicle. The exterior painted surfaces should be clayed to remove all contamination, along with a sealant & wax or paint correction; whichever level of reconditioning you are looking for.

By cleaning and reconditioning all these areas of your vehicle, your resale value should increase a minimum of 30%.

For a lease return of a vehicle, a full interior detail and spot polishing of scratches longer than a standard credit card is recommended.

HOW CAN I KEEP AND MAINTAIN MY VEHICLE ON AN ANNUAL BASIS TO MITIGATE DIRT, SALT & GRIME BUILD UP?
The first recommendation and purchase to keeping a clean vehicle is Weathertech or laser cut floor mats. This is going to protect the carpet from heel rash under your gas pedal along with salt build up. For the interior, a monthly maintenance package is recommended to clean build up of dirt on interior and exterior to mitigate contamination of paint along with minor wear and tear.

For the avid car enthusiast or exotic/sport car collectors there are also options to protect both the interior and exterior to a further extent.

Paint Protection Film, better known as “PPF” is a Urethane film that is applied to the exterior paint to protect from stone chips and minor abrasions. Common areas are front areas of the vehicle that take the most abuse including the bumper, hood, fenders, side mirrors, rocker panels, trunk edges & pillars.

This film can be applied in a gloss or matte finish. Rare or exotic vehicles usually receive a full vehicle wrap with PPF to preserve the vehicles exterior factory finish paint. When protecting and wrapping an entire vehicle, clients now have the option to use a matte finish transparent film to give the car a more aggressive look. All trim accent you wish to keep gloss on a matte finish can be wrapped the a gloss finish PPF; making the experience fully customizable.

Premium window tinting is always preferred over a lo quality, low heat rejecting dyed film. This keeps it more enjoyable when driving and preserves interior components such as your dashboard and leather of fading from UV rays. We always recommend to tint your front windshield with an 80% tint, which means the tint is virtually transparent but still holds incredible heat and UV rejection which makes a huge difference when a vehicle sits in the sun all day long.

AFTER CLAYING, WAXING OR CORRECTING MY PAINT, HOW CAN I MAINTAIN & FULFILL THE LONGEVITY OF THE COATINGS ON MY VEHICLE?
After decontaminating your painted surfaces and sealing or waxing them, it is always important to maintain safe washing patterns until your next service appointment.

When your vehicle is protected, sealed, or layered with wax it is especially important to choose the soaps and methods used to clean the exterior of your vehicle. It is NEVER recommended to go through automated car washes with brushes as it collects and pounds dirt into the paint of your vehicle causing abrasion and scratches. If a vehicle has been sealed and waxed it is not recommended to go through touch less car washes as the soaps used are heavy in detergents and will strip the waxes and sealants from your clean, decontaminated surface, leaving no protection. If your vehicle is ceramic coated, touchless washes are not recommended however it will not strip a coating as hard as ceramic but overtime if continuously used will void longevity of coating.

It is always recommended to use a PH neutral soap to ensure you are being gentle with what is coated on the cars paint. These soaps allow you to achieve a great clean, without the effects of strong detergents stripping products on the painted surfaces.
